Weekend retreat in Campos

  

Come and enjoy a weekend of absolute relax and reconnection with yourself. From Friday to Sunday we offer you the ideal context so that you allow yourself to fully and authentically enter into yourself.

 

It will be in the south of Mallorca, in Campos, just 4 km from the paradisiacal beach of Es Trenc and surrounded by a wonderful pine forest, pure Mediterranean. On Friday afternoon, we will settle in and there will be a yoga class for those who want to start the practice from the beginning. Later we will have a delicious dinner in which we can talk about the proposed plan.

On Saturday everyone gets up at their own pace with the morning calm and at 8:00 we will start the yoga class (the style varies between hatha vinyasa and flow, we will ask you for preferences in the registration) this will be 1 hour and a half along with the meditation at the end of the class. We will delight ourselves with a good nutritious vegetarian, local and organic breakfast. It will be based on fruits, yogurts, muesli cereals, nuts, jams, toast, eggs, avocado, pâtés, cheeses, milk (cow and vegetables), coffee, juices, honey, tomato and extra virgin olive oil of the same organic farm and condiments for breakfast.

After this delicious breakfast, you can enjoy time to simply rest on the sun loungers by the pool or anywhere in the garden, or walk to the spectacular beach of Es Tren, or walk through the silent forest or participate in the forest bath that we will do at 11:30. Or join the pranayama meditation that we will do at the most convenient time for the group.

At 1:00 p.m. we will sit down to eat (the menu will also be defined with you in the registration process).

ur exclusive chef Laura will be in charge of preparing high quality dishes with the best fresh, organic and local products.

A little about Laura (we met on the island years ago, cooking on a sailboat): I share my profession as an oceanographer doing marine conservation, with my great passion as a chef in yoga retreats. I love cooking and preparing delicious dishes to see how people enjoy them. Aware of the responsibility we have as consumers, that’s how I cook, with special attention to local, seasonal and organic food.

Here’s a sample to make your mouth water:

  • Broccoli bread, beetroot pâté and pepper kale: Seasoned with turmeric for being highly anti-carcinogenic and Kale for its high chlorophyll content.
  • Chromatic vegetables and dehydrated seeds.
  • Coca raw with dehydrated dough, dehydrated peppers, tapenade, tomato and mushroom: Dough made with activated sunflower and flax seeds, very rich in omega 3.
  • Cocoa in textures: Five cocoa textures: in sponge cake, in tempered chocolate, in ganache, in sauce and melted with chipotle chili.

 

A good optional nap will help the digestion of so much nutritional wealth, but if you are not one for naps, you can continue dedicating the time as you feel like. At 18:00 there will be the 2nd yoga class, and after it we will have dinner and rest or read by the fireplace in the living room.

On Sunday we will re-energize with yoga class at 8am, forest bath at 11:30am, lunch at 1pm and 2nd yoga class at 5pm so people can leave when they have to return to their homes.

The price of the retreat is 475 euros with everything included (all the rooms are for two people, some with 2 single beds and others with a double bed). We will contact you to detail everything as much as possible (yoga level, food preferences, type of room, airport pick-up, etc.).
